We know how stressful the thought of weeks of building work can be. So whether it is the first ideas of a project you would like us to design & build or your plans have already been approved we will sit down with you to discuss and explain all aspects of your proposed project. A schedule of works can be given to you in advance so you can follow and understand the progression of the work.
We only carry out one or two jobs at time so we can manage them properly on site. For each job, we use the same permanent team of experienced tradesmen. We have all worked together for a number of years, so there is a strong mutual trust between us.
Once you have decided to move ahead with your project, make an appointment. We are happy to visit you in the evening or at the weekend, whichever fits in to your arrangements. We look over the site and drawings and discuss your project and any concerns you may have.
We will then provide a written quote within seven days which will include the cost of everything covered in your drawings. As in all building jobs, we agree a fixed price with you so we can control costs and discuss each stage as it comes up, and there are no surprises for you or us, as everything has been itemised and agreed.
Any exclusions will be clearly listed & the only extra cost will be extra work required by you, or any adjustments the building inspector requests (such as extra depth on the footings arising from concerns when the initial foundation depth has been dug).
